String Orchestra Audition Requirements

  • Solo work of the student’s choice, an excerpt about 1-2 minutes in length - grade 3 recommended. Suggested Solos

  • Choose a major and a minor scale from the list below 

  • Upload the video to YouTube and share the unlisted link with execdir@cysomusic.org, SUBJECT LINE: 2020-2021 Audition, Name & Instrument

  • Attach a PDF of the solo piece to the email when you share the video

Viola

Cello
